We are sisters, twins, and business partners who have both just completed a BSBA in entrepreneurship as Lumerit Scholars through Thomas Edison State College. We are passionate about nutrition and desire to keep learning and implementing as we go. We first became interested in baking with whole grains several years ago when we listened to a speaker describe the huge health benefits of freshly ground wheat compared with the processed flour in store bought bread. It was then that we began our journey. Joanna is now a Nutritional Therapy Consultant (www.joannagrove.com). We started baking for our family, eventually implementing the 2-stage soaking process. We’ve been selling our bread in Northern Virginia since 2011. This combination of fresh flour and 2-stage process provides you with a bread with a nutritional quality not available in stores. We believe God has packed our food with an abundance of nutrients. It’s our privilege and responsibility to take advantage of that.
